May 20, 2009 - Decker awarded the Rainbow Lakes Estates Sea Cliff Park and Maintenance project
LAKELAND, FL (January 10th, 2009) - James E. Decker Const Company has been awarded the Rainbow Lakes Estates Sea Cliff Park and Maintenance by Marion County Board of County Commissioners to construct a new park and maintenance barn located at Sea Cliff Avenue and Timberlake Road in Dunellon, Florida.
Work consists of all site improvements to a ten acre vacant parcel and the construction of four tennis courts, four racquetball courts, restoom building, pavillion, maintenance barn, two 12,000 gallon water storage tanks, three wells, and paving and walk paths. The project will take approximately five months to complete.
James E. Decker will serve as the Project Manager.

June 23, 2009 - Decker is low bidder for the T.B. Williams WTP in Lakeland Florida
LAKELAND, FL (January 10th, 2009) - James E. Decker Const Company is the low bidder for the T.B. Williams WTP project located on Kathleen Road in Lakeland, Florida. Bids were received from eight contractors and all bids were within the city's budget for the project. An award is expected within two weeks.
Work consists of minor site improvements, relocation and new fuel oil piping, a new 1,700 square foot building to house two refurbished electrical generators, installation and modifications to the electrical and paralleling systems for both emergency generators. At the completion of the six month project, the electrical systems and generators will be upgraded to current local and state codes and compliance standards.
Jack Overcash will serve as the Project Manager.
