Estimator

Candidate shall have 5 to 10 years commercial construction experience with Quantity Surveying expertise. Blue Book Bid room expertise is a plus. Responsibilities will include quantity takeoffs, subcontractor solicitation and limited conceptual estimating. This position will report to the Senior Estimator.

Project Manager

Candidate shall have a 4-year technical degree and shall have the ability to handle multiple commercial projects. Hospitality, multi-family and retail project experience will be considered a plus. Responsibilities include subcontractor coordination, budget control and overall project P&L responsibilities. Proficiency in all MicroSoft programs required.

Superintendent (Site Manager)

Candidate shall have a minimum of 10 years field experience and three years as a foreman. Experience in hospitality, multifamily and retail project experience will be considered a plus. Responsibilities include site management, coordinate trades, adhere to project schedules, insure and promote site safety, complete and file all required company forms, maintain daily reports. Proficiency using laptop with Microsoft programs is required.
